What will you do?

respond to calls from German-speaking customers,
help with repairs, warranties, parts and minor defects,
look for solutions remotely (so that the service technician can have a rest),
match products to customers in response to their needs,
work with a CRM system - great if you are familiar with SAS Customer Intelligence.

Who we are looking for?

People with German at C1 level - fluent, confident, stress-free,
with experience in customer or technical service (not a “MUST”, just will be easier for you),
with a bit of technical intuition - you dont have to be an engineer, its enough that you can think logically,
with a positive approach to people and challenges - because a smile can be heard even on the phone,
English? nice to have, but not required.

a salary of PLN 7,500 gross on an employment contract (stable, with all benefits),
